Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to information you send from this website, and how Google’s tag on these policy pages may use cookies.

01

Who this page covers

This policy is for dranushagynec.com, the website of Dr. Anusha Mallarapu, obstetrician, gynaecologist, and fertility specialist in Puppalaguda, Hyderabad.

It describes this website. A visit at the clinic or at Bhoomi Hospital is a separate clinical record, handled by the practice.

02

Information the form asks for

The appointment form can include:

  • Your name, phone number, and email
  • Preferred location and visit type
  • Reason for the visit
  • Preferred date, time, and any notes you type

03

What the form does

Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with that text so you can send it to the clinic. This website does not store the form in its own database.

A time is not reserved until the clinic replies by phone or WhatsApp. The booking link on this site opens a separate appointment service.

04

How the clinic uses a message

If you send the WhatsApp message, or call or email, the clinic may use those details to:

  • Confirm or reschedule a visit
  • Reply to the reason you wrote
  • Keep a clinical record once you are actually seen
  • Meet a legal or medical record duty

05

Google tag and cookies

These policy pages load Google’s tag so visits can be measured. Google may use cookies for that measurement and for advertising. This website does not sell your name or phone number.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some measurement may then be less accurate. Google describes its advertising cookies at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

06

Who else may see information

The clinic does not sell, rent, or trade personal details. Information may be shared only when it is needed:

  • With the clinic team looking after your visit
  • With a service that carries a message you chose to send, such as WhatsApp or the booking page
  • With a hospital where a procedure is arranged
  • When a law or a medical council duty requires it

07

Corrections and visitors outside India

To ask for a correction or for a message to be deleted after you have sent it, call +91 63048 27743 or email dranushamallarapu@gmail.com.

If you are visiting from outside India, you may ask what details the clinic holds from your message, ask for a correction, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Clinical records that the law says must be kept cannot be deleted on request.

Ask the clinic

Call or email if you want a message corrected or a question about these pages.
